2. Send Photos:
Send me your best photos, I review the photos for the best reference.
I'll give you my input on what will translate best into a painting, maybe suggest the best format.
Photo guidelines – for the best result
- Close up: make sure the head and neck of you or your pet are clearly visible
- Good lighting: natural daylight is ideal, avoid dark or heavily filtered photos
- Sharp focus: avoid blurry or pixelated images
- Front-facing angle: a photo from the front or a slight angle work best
3. Reserve your painting:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required.
I begin working on your painting.
Once the painting is finished, I'll send you a photo of it.
After your approval, the remaining balance is due.
I normally accept payments through PayPal, but you don't need an account, as I can send a payment request via email.
My lead time varies depending on availability, and paintings can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. If you need something urgently, please let me know, and I may be able to accommodate a shorter lead time.
4. Finishes:
I always varnish the painting before shipping to ensure it looks flawless.
Your portrait will be carefully packaged and shipped within 4 to 6 business days.
The tracking number will be shared so you'll know when the painting will arrive.

Any customs duties and taxes applied to the importation of the artwork into the client's country are the sole responsibility of the client.
In the unlikely event that the artwork is lost or damaged, I offer comprehensive assistance and solutions to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
