1. General By accessing and purchasing from gigacontemporaryart.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This website is operated by García Gualpa Héctor Guillermo ("Giga Contemporary Art"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products All artworks sold on this website are original, hand-painted pieces. Each work is unique and may present slight variations in color depending on your screen settings. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith and represent the artwork as accurately as possible.

3. Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We accept payments through the methods available at checkout. Giga Contemporary Art reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

4. Intellectual Property All artworks, images, and content on this website are the exclusive property of García Gualpa Héctor Guillermo. The purchase of an artwork grants the buyer physical ownership of the piece only. All reproduction rights, copyright, and intellectual property rights remain with the artist. No artwork may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

5. Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the artwork may already be in preparation for shipment and cancellations will not be accepted. To request a cancellation, contact us at gigaimp@hotmail.com.

8. Limitation of Liability Giga Contemporary Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork in question.

9. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any disputes shall be resolved under Ecuadorian jurisdiction.
