Return & Refund Policy — Giga Contemporary Art
All original artworks sold at Giga Contemporary Art are unique, hand-painted pieces. All sales are considered final. However, we accept returns or offer full refunds in the following exceptional cases:
Damaged artwork: If your artwork arrives visibly damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gigaimp@hotmail.com. You must provide photographic evidence of the damage to the artwork and its packaging. Once verified, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Lost shipment: If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier and does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, we will issue a full refund or reship the artwork at no additional cost.
How to request a return or refund:
- Contact us at gigaimp@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items) or after 30 days from estimated delivery (for lost shipments).
- Provide your order number and photographic evidence where applicable.
- Our team will respond within 3 business days with next steps.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size perception, or color variations due to screen display differences.
